Rosie Medlock made it gold number two for the British Diving Team, powered by British Gas when she won the Platform final at the European Junior Diving Championships in Helsinki.

Émilie Heymans of St-Lambert, Que., the Olympic silver medallist on women’s 10-metre tower, announced today she is committed to competitive diving until the 2012 London Olympics.

Canada ended the six-day competition with two medals. Olympian Jennifer Abel of Laval, Que., won silver on Wednesday on women’s three-metre and Rachel Kemp of Victoria took bronze on Thursday on women’s platform.
