I have to say I was quite sceptical when I first saw this new piece of exercise equipment on one of the TV shopping channels, I was intrigued so I contacted Forbes so our team at WSR could review the product first hand.
It came with 2 dvd's which you will definitely want to watch before trying to attempt to work the Spin Gym. A small bag to keep it safe and a spare string.
I train alot in the gym so I am use to working out my arms I wasn't really expecting too much from this tiny object. For such a small item of equipment this baby has alot of power. If you choose to purchase a Spin Gym your arms will be aching in a minute, powerful and very effective.
I take mine in the gym with me now; it's so small that you can.
It takes a few goes to master the Spin Gym, it looks easy and it is when you get the hang of it. But don't get frustrated keep on trying.
I have used mine now for about a month and can see the string beginning to fray, so the extra string does come in handy and it will need to be replaced depending on how much you use it.
Would I recommend it? Most definitely, I would buy a few extra strings.
