The British Gas diving squad saw their youngest athlete reach the final of the womens 10m Platform Synchro on the third day of competition which also saw Olympian Rebecca Gallantree impress in the 1m Springboard final.

England Women Under 20s ran in a cricket score victory against the USA today (Saturday), scoring 18 tries to lift the Nations Cup crown at Brunel University.
