The second week of November brought a couple significant changes in the icenetwork.com World Figure Skater Rankings. American Caroline Zhang jumped four spots in the ladies rankings, up to seventh from last week’s 11th, after bringing home silver from the Cup of China. Korea’s Yu-Na Kim garnered gold in China, boosting her ranking to second from last week’s fourth position.
