Amy Entwistle (Central Carolina FSC) is the highest-finishing returning skater in the championship masters ladies division, having earned the silver medal at the 2007 event in Bensenville, Ill. She will compete against a talented field that includes 2006 U.S. masters ladies champion Natalie Shaby (All Year FSC).

The championships masters men’s gold and silver medalists from 2007 are both returning for this year’s competition. Davin Grindstaff (Georgia FSC) and Larry Holliday (Windy City FSC) finished first and second, respectively, at last year’s event. Holliday is the first adult skater to land a successful triple jump – a Salchow at the 2004 U.S. Adult Championships.
