| SUNGWOO RESORT, Korea (Feb. 15) - U.S. Snowboarding's Lindsey Jacobellis (Stratton Mountain, VT) continues to rip her way onto the podium, finishing second in a World Cup snowboardcross competition at the Sungwoo Resort,, site of next year's FIS Snowboard World Championships.Canada's Maelle Ricker narrowly edged out X Games gold medalist Jacobellis at the finish Friday to take a small lead in the standings after four events. "It was getting closer and closer. At the end I tried to pass her but I had to avoid a crash which cost me all of my passing opportunity," Jacobellis said. The FIS Snowboard World Cup continues Saturday with halfpipe and concludes Sunday with parallel giant slalom.
