NORTHSTAR-AT-TAHOE, CA Kelly Clark (Mt. Snow, VT) put a cap on the 2009 Winter Dew Tour by taking the overall title for women. Clark finished second behind Australia's Torah Bright at the tour's last stop, which was at Northstar-At-Tahoe.
"Kelly getting on the podium again is showing some good consistency," U.S. Snowboarding Halfpipe Head Coach Mike Jankowski said. "It's always good when you're landing on the podium on a consistent basis is ideal because you're setting yourself up for success and those guys have proven that and we're super proud of them."
The 2009 Winter Dew Tour is now concluded, but halfpipe action continues with a World Cup in La Molina, Spain March 12-15 and the U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix in Killington, VT March 14-15.
