Britain’s top female skier, Chemmy Alcott, scored her best GS points for a year today (12.03.08) in the FIS (International Ski Federation) races at Bad Hofgastein, Austria. Alcott finished on the podium in 3rd place, only 0.39 seconds behind the winner Eva-Maria Brem of Austria. Her team mate, Sophie Readman (19, Dunblane) was also racing, finishing 63rd of 125 starters.
