Midway through to the end of the Team event of the 30th World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Moscow, Great Britain is lying on 28th position out of 38 full teams with 141 Individuals taking part. British Champion Francesca Jones is in 64th place after her performances with Rope (22.100) and Hoop (23.350); Rachel Ennis is 85th (20.950 and 22.600) and Lynne Hutchison, in 92nd position (20.625 and 22.325 respectively).
As expected, Russia in the lead in the Team event (169.425) with Daria Kondakova winning the Gold with Rope (28.750) and Olympic Champion Evgenia Kanaeva - with Hoop (29.200). The Championships at the Olympijski Indoor Arena continues until Sunday, 25th September 2010.
