The Women's Singles title for GUO Yue and earlier in the day, partnering LI Xiaoxia,
the duo captured Women's Doubles gold. Winners of the Women's Doubles title at the
LIEBHERR World Championships in both 2007 and 2009, the duo defeated teenage compatriots, WU Yang and ZHU Yuling in the final.

It was for GUO Yue and LI Xiaoxia their eighth ITTF Pro Tour Women's Doubles title
Crowned World Champion in Zagreb in 2007, 22 year old Guo Yue won the Womens Singles title at the Austrian Open the city of Wels on Sunday 24th October 2010, beating 18 year old Wu Yang in an all Chinese final.
Including Grand Finals it was her 12th career Womens Singles ITTF Pro Tour title and her second in 2010.
In February she won in Doha at the Qatar Open to end a run of five consecutive finals where she had concluded matters in runners up position.
