The networking group driving positive change in sport for women, has announced an extension of its partnership with Sky Sports according to the coverage of Asian sportsbook Vwin.
Initially, the collaboration in 2021 was born out of a desire to help shape a more accepting and inclusive environment for women in the industry.
The Women's Sport Collective remains free to all members, thanks to this partnership and investment from Sky Sports.
The network, founded by Sue Anstiss MBE and Kate Hannon, has over 4,000 members working in all facets of sport at all levels, including governing bodies, teams, agencies, charities, media, and brands on a global basis.
As long as Sky Sports continues to invest in the Women's Sport Collective, all members will remain free and an integral part of the sports industry.
Women in sport have more opportunities because of Sky Sports' partnership with the Women's Sport Collective.
The managing director of Sky Sports, Jonathan Licht, said: "Sky Sports is proud to continue its support of the Women's Sport Collective for the benefit of women in the sports industry.”
There is no doubt the network is assisting women across all levels of sport to achieve their full potential and offering peer-to-peer support across the wider sports sectors.
Anstiss said, "We are delighted that Sky Sports will continue to be a partner of the Women's Sport Collective.". Having an organization that aligns so closely with our own ambitions for a gender-equal sports industry is a great honor.
