Host nation's Sina Wall captured the U19 trophy in the German Junior Open Squash Championships .
Sina Wall was also seeded to win the women's event - but the 18-year-old from Munich faced surprise opponent Olivia Blatchford, the third seed from the USA, in the final.
Blatchford made her breakthrough by beating Germany's Lisa Marie Sedlmeier in the semi-finals - but she was no match for her opponent in the final as Wall went through to win 9-4, 10-8, 9-2.
