Victorian 17/U and 19/U teams have cemented favouritism for both DealsDirect.com.au National titles after both defeated major rival South Australia on the second day of play.
In the 2009 17/U Grand Final re-match, Victoria revenged their loss last year, defeating South Australia and finishing undefeated alone on top of the ladder after Round 4.
In other 17/U news, Queensland had a day of success, upsetting proud netball state New South Wales by four goals and defeating the Australian Capital Territory.
For Western Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and South Australia the day brought one win and one loss while for Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory no wins were recorded on day two.
Like their 17/U counterparts, the 19/U Victorian team sits alone on top of the ladder after defeating South Australia and Northern Territory on day two.
New South Wales will take confidence out of their day two performances with the Blues delivering two impressive victories against Australian Capital Territory and Queensland and placing them second on the ladder.
It was a day of mixed results for Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland while Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory suffered two losses in Round 3 and 4 action.
