Ranked 6th at the “Kremlin Cup”-2008 Venus Williams is leaving Moscow after she has lost 6/4, 2/6, 6/4 to the Italian Flavia Pennetta in the 1st round.
“It was simply not my day”, - explained Venus her defeat. She promised to return to Moscow next year and show a better result.
