UCI BMX Supercross World Cup Manchester - Time-Trial & Superfinal Results
In what was an adrenaline fuelled afternoon of racing at Manchester’s National Cycling Centre, the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup Time Trials got the weekend underway with 198 riders taking to the track from 29 different countries.
Despite the fierce competition on show, the following riders beat off their rivals to qualify for tomorrow’s final rounds, with a strong display from the GB Cycling BMX team.

Amongst those that didn’t qualify were Women’s World Champion and race favouriteMagalie Pottier who failed to make the starting ramp having wiped out in practice.
After the morning’s qualifier, which determined who will race in tomorrow’s Supercross finals, the top eight women in the evening’s Super time-trial final
Shanaze Reade continued her success into the evening, coming top of the leader board in the Superfinals in 32.351 seconds. Taking second place was USA rider Alise Post with 33.212 and in third position Merle Van Benthem from the Netherlands with 33.279.
