Tucson Roller Derby's VICE Squad Gambles Against Las Vegas' Sin City Roller Girls
Tucson, AZ – July 8, 2010 – Tucson’s only roller derby league is at it again! This month features Tucson's reigning championship team, The VICE Squad, against the fabulous Sin City Roller Girls of Las Vegas.
Not only will the action be going on during the game, but during halftime there will be a “derby wedding ceremony”, a performance from our very own Derby Dance Crew, and even a guest appearance from “The King” herself! Off the track, we'll be aligning with Our Family Services (http://www.ourfamilyservices.org/), collecting monetary donations and back to school supplies for those in need.
Tucson Roller Derby’s event at their new home, the Tucson Convention Center, will be night of high stakes and high drama, culminating in the crowning of a champ. Will it be the lady cops on the side of good? Or will sin and debauchery reign? There's only one way to find out!
