Tseng records State Farm Classic Title

Rolex Rankings #1 Yani Tseng recorded another victory for the season at the 2011 LPGA State Farm Classic.  Tseng shot 267 (21-under par) for the tournament.  This is Yani's second victory of the year and her seventh career win.  Coming in second, and three points
behind Tseng is 2010 State Farm Classic Defending Champion Cristie Kerr.

Tseng secured her win with a birdie on the 17th hole.  During a post
tournament press conference, Tseng said she went into the day with a lot
of energy and took each hole one at a time.  This is Tseng's fourth year
playing at Panther Creek.  She came close to the win in 2008 and lost in
a playoff to Ji Young Oh.

"Yani is a fantastic player and a tremendous athlete," Executive
Director Kate Peters said.  "She has performed well in Springfield over
the last few years and fans were excited to celebrate her victory today.
We hope to welcome her back in 2012 to defend her title."

Paula Creamer and Brittany Lincicome tied for third at 16-under.

Yani Tseng won her first four starts in 2011: the Taifong Ladies Open on
the LPGA of Taiwan Tour; the ISPS Honda Women's Australian Open and ANZ
RACV Ladies Open on the Australian Ladies Professional Golf Tour on the

season-opener on the LPGA.  She finished second at the Kraft Nabisco
Championship, third at the HSBC Women's Champions; tied for fifth at the
