Britain's laura Trott Wins Historic Fourth Gold Medal in the Women's Omnium, defending her Olympic title, a six race competition which saw Trott lead throughout the whole event. Trott went into the final race 100 lap sprint with a 24 point lead and dominated throughout technically.
America's Sarah Hammer wins Silver while Jolien D'hoore claims the Bronze
