The tooth fairy has become increasingly unreliable, according to research undertaken by OPRO, the world largest supplier of custom-fitting mouthguards. The tooth fairy fails to come on the appointed evening more than 50% of the time with some children having to wait several days. ‘Forgetfulness, too much wine and being very busy’ are just some of the excuses that were given, confidentially, to the OPRO online survey.
