The first stage, a four team group, takes place in one location - Gintra Universitetas in Lithuania.

The other teams in the group are FFC Zuchwil of Switzerland and Glentoran of Northern Ireland. The qualifying round takes place between August 9-14.

The winners of that group progress to a second group stage, in a group that will contain Frankfurt, with the top two sides in the second phase entering the quarter finals.

Moments after the draw, Everton midfielder Fara Williams told the the entire Toffees squad were excited about the Euro expedition.

"It will be an interesting experience," said Fara. "Obviously we don't know much about the other teams, but they must be decent or they wouldn't be there.

"It's a great opportunity for us to show what we can do and to show the quality of the English game.

"We will all be looking forward to it although it will clearly be a tough schedule playing so many games in a short space of time but the excitement of qualifying for Europe is all about this type of scenario and it is a challenge that all the girls at Everton will be relishing."

Arsenal of course are the reigning holders after defeating Umea from Sweden in May.
