COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 4, 2008) – The U.S. Women’s National Indoor Volleyball Team is hosting the world’s top-ranked Brazil squad in Colorado Springs three times during the month of June as part of the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Exhibition for Volleyball series, and two of those contests are nearing sellouts.
Team USA, ranked fourth in the latest world ranking, hosts Brazil on June 11 and June 13 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center Sports Center I at 7:30 p.m. Both the matches are within a couple hundred tickets of selling out and walk-up tickets may not be available for those two contests on the day of the event. General admission tickets for the OTC matches are $12 and groups (10 or more), children (12 & Under), military, and seniors are $8.
The U.S. Women and Brazil conclude the three-match series with a June 14 contest at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s Clune Arena at 7 p.m. MSNBC will show the match on a tape-delayed basis on June 29 at noon Eastern Time. Lower bowl tickets at Clune Arena are $18 and upper bowl tickets are $12. Groups (10 or more), children (12-and-under), military and senior tickets are $8.
