But, in fact, the women of soccer are blessing us with wonderful games every week. One of the reasons why soccer is so much better today is the wonderful female coaches that we hear little about. Today, we are going to show you some of the best female coaches in the world of soccer.

Emma Hayes

Emma Hayes is a British football coach and former player who is currently the manager of Chelsea Women. She has also coached at Long Island Lady Riders, Iona College, Arsenal Ladies, and Chicago Red Stars. As a player, Hayes represented England at the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup.

Hayes began her coaching career in 2001, when she was appointed manager of Long Island Lady Riders. She had a wonderful career in the early stages and then got a job as an assistant manager of Arsenal Women.

In 2012, Hayes was appointed manager of Chelsea Ladies. She led the team to victory in the 2013 FA WSL Cup and the 2014 FA WSL Continental Cup. In 2015, she guided Chelsea to their first ever FA WSL title.

She is definitely one of the best lady coaches today.

Sarina Wiegman

Sarina Wiegman is a Dutch football coach and former player. She is currently the head coach of the England women's national team.
Wiegman began her playing career with local club SV Saestum. She later moved to ADO Den Haag, where she spent four seasons. In 1999, she joined Willem II Tilburg, where she spent two seasons before retiring from playing in 2001. 

Wiegman began her coaching career with Willem II Tilburg in 2002. She later coached the Netherlands women's U-19 team and the Netherlands women's U-17 team. In 2013, she was appointed head coach of the Netherlands women's national team. Under Wiegman's leadership, the Netherlands won the 2017 European Championship and reached the final of the 2019 World Cup.

Martina Voss-Tecklenburg

Martina Voss-Tecklenburg is a German football coach and former player. She is currently the head coach of the German women's national team.

Voss-Tecklenburg began her playing career with local club TuS Heeslingen in 1984. She later moved to Hamburger SV, where she played for eight years. In 1992, she joined FC Bayern Munich, where she spent two seasons. She then returned to Hamburger SV for one season before joining FFC Frankfurt in 1995. She spent four seasons with Frankfurt, winning the Bundesliga title in 1996 and 1997.

In 1999, Voss-Tecklenburg retired from playing and took up coaching. She became the head coach of SC 07 Bad Neuenahr in 2002. In 2006, she was appointed as the head coach of the German under-19 women's national team. She led Germany to victory at the 2006 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship.
