Synchro Alberta to host ASUA competition


Synchro Canada is pleased to announce that Synchro Alberta will be hosting the 2008 ASUA Age Group competition. The competition will be held August 5-10, 2008.

This will be the first time that Synchro Canada in conjunction with Synchro Alberta will be hosting an ASUA competition.

“I am very pleased that Canada will be hosting the ASUA Age Group Competition in 2008,” said Synchro Canada president Beth Hicks. “Calgary has a long history of hosting great events.”

The competition will feature swimmers from the 13-15 age group and 16-18 age group of national teams.

Synchro Canada is committed to the growth of synchronized swimming world wide and looks forward to welcoming swimmers from all over the Americas.

Federations eligible for participation include the South America Swimming Confederation, Central American and Caribbean Amateur Swimming Confederation and the United States Aquatic Sports.
