Swedish Rookie Anna Nordqvist won the McDonalds LPGA Championships presented by Coca Cola yesterday. She carded a 15 under par 273 (66-70-69-69). Nordqvist's entry into the US Open is secured now thanks to her win at the the Bulle Rock Golf Course.

Runner Up Lindsey Wright of Australia finished with a 11 under par 277. A fantastic win for Wright who has not finished in the top 20 for five years at this tournament.
