Rachel Klamer (NED) delighted the home fans with a runaway victory at the ETU Premium European Cup in Holten.
It was the 2013 European Champion’s third victory at Holten, a win she described as a “dream come true”.
Klamer finished ahead of the impressive Audrey Merle (FRA), who recorded her third podium of 2014 and her first in an Elite race. Kate Roberts (RSA) completed the women’s podium in third place.
Earlier in the day, Margot Garabedian (FRA) won her first European Junior Cup ahead of Alberte Kjaer Pedersen (DEN) and Emilie Morier (FRA).
