Just one month following an extensive rebrand, established online gaming company PrimeGaming has seen a 20% improvement in the overall conversion rate of visitors to players.
The six-year-old company, which operates two of the leading online gaming brands - Prime Casino and Prime Scratch Cards -, launched the rebranded websites and logos in August this year and has seen online registration figures double in the last month, as well as a remarkable increase of players and marked improvement in its banner click-through rate.
The rebrand has also contributed to a dramatic 30% increase in the sale of scratch cards, with PrimeGaming now selling an incredible 300,000 a day.
The rebranding exercise was managed by a specialist in-house team over a 4-month period and involved intensive analytical work designed to establish exactly what PrimeGaming’s players want from the sites. Various design options were trialled and assessed and the company and site logos were redesigned by the in-house team to reflect the market-leading image of the brand.
Commenting on the brand’s progress, PrimeGaming’s Chief Operations Officer Chris Panayiotou, said: “Naturally we are delighted with these results and confident that we can continue to revolutionise our brand. The increase in registration numbers and sales are a real testament to the team’s hard work and dedication. Ultimately, the upshot is that PrimeGaming’s partners will now reap greater rewards”.
