Paralympic Heroine claims another gold

Paralympic Heroine Natalie Du Toit claimed her thrid gold medal of the games breaking the world record on the way.

Stephanie Dixon from Canada claimed silver while Britain's Louise Watkin won bronze.

Two ParalympicsGB swimmers featured in the women's SM9 200m Individual Medley, Claire Cashmore and Louise Watkin were both in contention for medals after impressive swims in this morning's heats.

Cashmore had the better start of the two swimmers and found herself lying in third place at the 150m with Watkin only two seconds behind her.
Watkin pulled out an excellent freestyle leg and overtook her team-mate to touch home in a time of 2:40.31 to take the bronze medal.

Cashmore finished in fourth place with a time of 2:42.09. Natalie Du Toit finished in first place with a new world record time of 2:27.83 and silver went to Canada's Stephanie Dixon in a time of 2:37.54.
