Leonie Coleman added to Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars squad

The 28-year-old has been called into the squad as a replacement for Queensland's Jodie Purves, who suffered a broken left thumb while playing club cricket last weekend.

Coleman has played 10 one-day internationals, the last of which came in December 2004.

The Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars will assemble in Melbourne next Monday, 28 January, to prepare for their series against England which starts with Twenty20 international at the MCG on Friday 1 February. The match will be played as part of a double-header, with the clash to be followed by the men's KFC Twenty20 international between Australia and India.

The series against England also comprises five one-day matches and a one-off Test match at Bradman Oval in Bowral to commence a year of celebration marking the 100th anniversary of Sir Donald Bradman's birth.
