70 players make the cut. The second round of the inaugural Kapalua LPGA Classic is complete and 70 at 4-over-par 148 will compete this weekend for a share of the $1.5 million purse. Trade winds gusted above 20 mph for the second consecutive day on the island of Maui, keeping scores relatively low. Norway’s Suzann Pettersen and Brittany Lang, of Texas, are tied for the lead at 4-under-par following two rounds of play on the Bay Course at Kapalua Resort.
