Leading the women’s K1 is World Championship Silver medallist Fiona Pennie (25) accompanied by Laura Blakeman (28) and Lizzie Neave (20). All are Nottingham based. The trio won a Bronze medal in the K1 women’s team event at the recent European Championships and will all be determined to excel and show their true medal potential.
