The champions in women’s golf are coming back to compete for the coveted ‘champion of champions’ title with a prize fund of US$1.3 million. From 25-28 February 2010, Tanah Merah Country Club plays host once again. Players qualify for the HSBC Women’s Champions by winning tournaments on the LPGA Tour and by placing in the Top 20 on the Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings.
The 2009 HSBC Women’s Champions saw the World’s Top ten players challenge for the title. In the end, Korean Major Winner Ji Yai Shin stormed to victory with a flawless final round 66.
