The 20-year-old from Bedfordshire Golf Club has been given a wildcard into the Ladies Open of Portugal which takes place at Gramacho, on the Algarve, from 29 June to 1 July.
Holly’s invitation comes from the Portuguese Golf Federation and recognises her achievement in winning their national championship.
“I’m excited about it and it’s going to be a fantastic experience,” said Holly, who hopes eventually to turn pro.
“I’ll be able to see how I compare to the pros and how ready I am. It will also give me a little taste of the kind of life they lead.
“I would love to make the cut, that would be fantastic, but my main aim is to learn as much as possible.”
