Top seed Line Hansen, from Denmark, respectively, took the title in the NSC Super Squash Satellite No2 at the Bukit Jalil National Squash Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Local player Delia Arnold was the star of the women's WISPA World Tour event. The 22-year-old sixth seed from KL made her breakthrough in the quarter-finals where she upset India's No2 seed Joshna Chinappa.
A semi-final victory over fourth-seeded Canadian Alana Miller took Arnold into her first Tour final of the year.
But favourite Line Hansen, ranked almost 20 places higher in the world, was too strong for Arnold in the final, winning 9-7, 9-4, 9-7 in 46 minutes to record the fourth title of her career.
