Next game: Thursday 24th March Australia v. USC East Bay
Coach comments: It became obvious during the 2nd quarter that the Australian’s had not played officially together as a team prior to this game. The opposition were older, more experienced and stronger. The Aussie had to play a smart game of water polo which we failed to do on this occasion.
Bronte Colenso fought hard in CF all game but didn’t receive too much good ball. We missed a penalty early in the game which would have changed the early stages and possibly given us a foundation to build on.
The girls have been training well and are looking forward to their next game against another USA college team on Thursday in Hawaii.
