We introduce to everybody an event to be remembered, a date to be signed in everyone’s own sportive diary, the athletes have to take the bike and present themselves in Galimberti Place in the location of Cuneo, where, in fact, next 29 June 2008, Fausto Coppi Marathon and Mediofondo will take place.
Fausto Coppi Marathon, which received in 1995 the Oscar prize for the best competition ever, is an international road marathon competition at its 21st edition. One of the “Biggest” events, one of the protagonist of these last years’ national and international cycling panorama.
The most important characteristic of Fausto Coppi Marathon and Mediofondo is represented by the track with its mountains, its gradient of the road and difficult asperities making the competition the most fascinating and funny ever.
A grimed competition, a continuous effort: these simple words can easily describe the altimetry and the most difficult passages the athletes at the starting line will take part to. This competition is dedicated as usual to one of the most famous cyclist all over the World, Fausto Coppi.
