EHF NEWS 160 with the place distribution for the 2008/2009 Women's Champions League and European Cup. In its meeting over the past weekend in Paris, the EHF Executive Committee, among other agenda points, approved the distribution of European Cup places of the 2008/09 season to the EHF Member Federations. The places are allocated to each Member Federation according to the EHF ranking list, which is based on the results of the last three European Cup seasons, in the present case of the seasons 04/05, 05/06 and 06/07. The results of the current 2007/08 season will only have an effect on the ranking for the 2009/10 season.
