In the women's final of the World Cup in Warilla today (20/4), world number one Jo Edwards will contend for a third straight victory when she meets world number three Alison Merrien.
Edwards proved too strong for Malaysia's Emma Firyana Saroji, securing a 9-4, 9-4 win, while Merrien, the 2008 champion, outgunned Scotland's Claire Johnston 8-5, 10-4.
