Australia vs Trinidad and Tobago
Known for their rough contact TT held Australia 5-7 in the first quarter. The Aussie's pulled it back with a 19 goal difference in the second quarter. Contact is very visible from TT, but the Aussies are standing their ground. Erin Bell and Caitlin Bassett shooting very effectively in the circle and have to my players for the first half that stand out. For TT, Wallace in GS is firmly standing out.
Noel for TT did the move of the match, saved the ball with a magnificent split, what versatility she has.
Changes were made in the Aussie Squad goal difference in the third quarter was 14-9.
Australia have extended their lead 51-26 going into the final quarter.
The final quarter saw Thwaits scoring the highest amount of goals in the Diamonds squad with 24.
Thwaits and Medhurst really built up their partnership in the second part of that game, with Medhurst shooting some lovely shots. All 12 Diamonds got court time throughout the match.
