Day 8 round up Asia Pacific Championships

This morning's games saw the remaining rounds of the women's singles, women's fours.

The very tight section 1 of the women's singles saw Carman Anderson of Norfolk Island prove too strong for Canada's Kelly McKerihen, beating her 21-18 and ending McKerihen's hopes of making the playoffs.

The Canadian women enjoyed better luck in the fours, beating Fiji this morning and jumping from fourth to second in their section - and knocking current champions Malaysia back to fourth in the process!
