British Trampoline Championships.

Top of the audiences ‘must see’ list will surely be 6-time British Champion, Claire Wright. On the back of a historic Bronze medal in the World Cup Final at this venue last year, the World number 7 will be looking to continue a successful start to 2007 with another British title to add to her collection.

Hoping to dash Claire’s dreams will be her synchro partner Jaime Moore who also competed at the World Cup Final and having finished runner up in this event last year, will be aiming to go one better this time around.

In the Men’s side defending Champion Simon Milnes will be hotly pursued by syncrho partner and long-standing British Team member Mark Alexander.

This years draw will be made even more interesting by the emergence of James Higgins (last years over 19s winner) who on current form looks to be the best performing British Team member; and also the return to action of Olympian Gary Smith who was forced to miss last years competition through injury, and will be keen to make an impression to boost his chances of making Beijing 2008.

National Coordinator, Pam Smith: “ The first Nationals I ran was in 1996 at the NIA, which was highly exciting. Each year we try to improve on our previous best, which gets harder and harder. This year is going to see many changes to the set up that I hope will give the 'WOW' factor'”
