The British squad have won a total of 23 medals on the first day of the Tri-Nations Cup being held in Quebec City.
The squad have shown their strength in the relays by winning medals in all four being held.
The girls, Sascha Matthews, Louisa Farrer-Fisher, Claudia Coleman and Emma Wilkins, took the silver in the 4x100m Freestyle relay in a time of 3:48.71.
Georgia Davies, Jess Dickons, Emma Bird and Emma Wilkins took to the water in the final race of the day the women's 4x100m Medley relay and won the silver medal. They finished in a time of 4:09.71 just behind Canada.
The women's 200m Freestyle saw Britain take their first gold and silver medal in one race, Jazmin Carlin was ahead of her rivals by two seconds when she touched in 1:59.55. Leaving her team-mate Louisa Farrer-Fisher to battle against the Canadians for second place. Farrer-Fisher finished in 2:01.80 to take the silver medal - her second medal of the day.
Jess Dickons swam to a new personal best time on her way to the gold medal in the women's 100m Butterfly. It is the first time that Dickons has finished sub one minute and her time of 59.96 gave her a one second victory over her team-mate Louise Pate who took silver in 1:00.89.
The women's 100m Breaststroke saw the next one-two of the day with Emma Bird just touching ahead of fellow Brit Debbie Hall. Bird finished in a time of 1:10.27 to win gold. Hall took the silver in 1:10.36.
