Vision 1 Racing and Bio-Racer are proud to announce their new partnership. They will be providing all the cycling clothing to Vision 1 in 2009.
The complete team and staff recently visited the Bio-Racer factory and offices in Tessenderlo, Belgium. During a guided tour of the factory, the team were able to watch the complete production process of their very own kit, including the new Road World Champions jersey for Nicole Cooke.
‘To actually see our kit being made was a great experience for the riders and gave them a real understanding of the amount of precision work that goes into making each item of Bio-Racer clothing’, commented team manager Stefan Wyman.
Bio-Racer Export Manager Franky Theunis was on hand to guide the team around the production process during the teams’ recent training camp in Belguim. He personally handed over the clothing to the team and is looking forward to working with Vision 1 Racing in 2009. " We took the opportunity to have Nicole and her team over at the Belgium factory to help develop the all new Women's line of Team Clothing,’ said Franky. “The outcome was truly stunning!”
Franky also took the time to show the team the Re-Skin Product. Vision 1 Racing will be using this product throughout 2009.
Nicole added “We took a lot of thought and time creating our team’s image with the help of ‘Interstate’ and to see that develop from an idea in my mind, then on to paper and then to the finished cycling clothing has been a great experience which I did not imagine when we first started Vision 1 Racing. What is fantastic is the way Bio Racer could make our ideas into reality and with the new women’s specific cycling clothing we should be really well prepared for racing.”
