ELGIN – The Chicago Bandits have announced the “Bandits of Tomorrow” promotion, and are inviting youth baseball and softball teams to play a game on the Bandits’ home field before the start of a weekend Bandits game.
Available game dates to play on the Bandits’ home field are June 20, July 3, July 4, July 10, July 11, August 14, August 15, August 21 and August 22.
Each team participating in the “Bandits of Tomorrow” games will get all the features of a normal Bandits game, but for your players! We’ll announce your teams starting line-up over our sound system, operate the large scoreboard, announce who is stepping up to bat or into the circle, announce a player of the game for each team and more – just like a Bandits game!
This opportunity is available for fastpitch teams of all ages, and for baseball teams 12 years and under. The outfield fences are 210 feet from home plate.
Each team participating in the “Bandits of Tomorrow” event is required to sell 100 tickets (about 7 tickets a player for teams with 15 players on their roster) in order to play in the game. Start times for each date are based on availability and each ticket for the “Bandits of Tomorrow” events are valid for that day’s Chicago Bandits game.
