Australian Waterpolo B94 girl’s end tour on a high

The Australian B94 girl’s team is on its way back home after a successful training and playing tour of Europe.

The Australians wound up their tour with an 11-8 defeat of Great Britain B94 in Dunjauvaros, Hungary.

With the Brits preparing for the European Championships and coached by former New South Wales Institute of Sport coach Nick Hume, the Aussies were prepared for a tough match and came out on top.

Australian coach Aleks Osadchuk said it was a wonderful way to end the tour that took in Italy, Greece and Hungary.

“This game was a great conclusion to our tour,” Osadchuk said.

“There was a good performance throughout the whole game and the last quarter was a perfect quarter of water polo.

“This victory was a great way to finish a very successful tour. Well done to all the girls.”

Result:  Australian B94 11 beat Great Britain B94 8
