Australian Conference Finals arrangements…
Australian Conference Elimination Final (2nd v 3rd)
The second placed team on the Australian Conference ladder will host the third placed team in the Australian Conference Elimination Final. The NSW Swifts have secured a second place finish and will host the Australian Conference Elimination Final against the Melbourne Vixens.

New Zealand Conference Elimination Final (2nd v 3rd)
