The Algeria women’s team are set to meet for the first time in 2011 from February 12-15 as they prepare for the next 12 months of competition.
The team are due to take part in four tournaments this year; the All-Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique; the Pan-Arab Games in Doha, Qatar, the African Nations Championship and a London 2012 Olympic Games qualifying tournament, with both venues for the latter two yet to be decided.
The side will meet at the Mehdi Hotel in Satouali and be tested on their fitness and medical condition for the upcoming year. A total of 11 players will take part in the tests.
