Rzeszow, Poland, May 5, 2011 – The Algeria women’s team have been preparing for their upcoming 2011 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix Play-off against Kazakhstan in Rzeszow, Poland as the side looks to qualify for the tournament for the first time.
The two teams will clash in Blida, Algeria on May 12 and 14 at 3pm local time for a place in this year’s tournament.
Coaches Ahmed Boukacem and Kamel Trabelsi, both of whom were installed in January, have been running the team through their paces as they look to begin their tenure in the best possible way.
The 2011 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix is set to take place from August 5 to 28 with the Final Round returning to Macau, China for the first time in ten years.
