LAUSANNE (SUI), FIG Office, : Approved by the FIG Presidential Commission at its recent meeting last week at the FIG Head Office in Lausanne (SUI), two Acrobatic competitions have been added to the official 2009 FIG World Cup Series calendar. 
The 2009 Freedom Cup, a Category B competition will be organised by USA Gymnastics and will take place at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, MN (USA) from July 10-12. 
Another Category B competition on the FIG Acrobatic World Cup Series will be staged in Veliky Novgorod (RUS), August 19-23. The tournament will be hosted by the Russian Sports Acrobatics Federation and will take place at the Novgu Sport Centre.
FIG member federations will soon find all necessary information in English and French language on the FIG Intranet and on the FIG website respectively.
