A Young Players FIVB Volleyball Cooperation Programme was held in Malawi from September 19 to 23 under the direction of Malawi Volleyball Federation president Jappie Mhango and FIVB course instructor George Gladwyn Appadoo from Mauritius.
Focus turned to the future of the game in the latest VCP to be held in the country over the last few years as Malawi looks to make a name for itself at continental level.
“For the development of Volleyball we need the FIVB Volleyball Cooperation Programme to train our youth players as the old generation has gone and there is a need for continuity,” Mhango said during the VCP.
