
Britain’s senior women's tumbling team have won the 2014 European Championships team title with a superb combined performances in Guimaraes, Portugal.
Lucie Colebeck led the team to the gold scoring a superb 24.500 for her pass with Yasmin Taite and Rachel Letsche scoring 32.200 and Heather Cowell 31.000 for a team total of 98.900 well ahead of Russia in silver (96.800) and Ukraine in bronze.
The medal success continued in the junior final with the junior trampoline girls winning silver. Isabelle Songhurst, Olivia Kenny, Zaynub Akbar and Bethan Davies-Williams, scoring 147.290 points. The junior boys – Zach Sheridan, Daniel Mccaffrey and Corey Walkes - just missed out placing in 4th.
